Each piece is individually handcrafted in Italy, so orders typically take 7 to 14 business days to process before shipping.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
Yes. We ship within Italy and Europe through trusted couriers, and internationally as well — international deliveries may take a little longer and can be subject to customs procedures and local import duties.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through trusted payment partners. Your order is processed as soon as payment is confirmed, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated shipping time.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Customized or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made exclusively for you.

To keep your jewels looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, store each piece separately in a soft pouch, and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
