Representative Terms
These terms apply to all representatives registered on francescafabbrini.com.
By submitting the registration form and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Role
You are an independent Representative (not an employee). No exclusivity is granted.
2. Prices you see
When logged in, you will see PVP (public price) and PV (representative price).
Only PV is charged at checkout for representative accounts. PV is confidential.
3. Changes to prices
PVP and PV may change. Public coupons don’t stack with PV unless approved in writing.
4. Orders, shipping, taxes
Place orders through your account on the website. Shipping, taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.
5. Returns & claims
Report defects/shortages within 7 days of delivery (with photos and order number). Follow the site’s Returns Policy.
6. Brand & marketing
You may use FF photos/texts to promote FF products without altering them.
Do not publish PV or advertise below PVP without written approval.
7. Compliance & data
Follow applicable laws (consumer, tax, privacy/GDPR, anti-bribery). Keep non-public info (including PV) confidential.
8. Term & termination
These Terms apply from account approval until terminated by either party. FF may suspend/terminate for breach or misuse.
9. Liability
FF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses as permitted by law.
