Pricing Confidentiality Policy

What is confidential: all non-public prices (PV), discounts, net rates, tiered prices and commission schedules.
Your obligations: use PV only to place orders with FF; do not publish, share or forward PV (including screenshots) to third parties (shops, competitors, marketplaces, social media). Do not advertise below PVP without written approval.
Breach: FF may suspend or close the account, cancel orders obtained via misuse and seek recovery of losses.
Term: this obligation survives account termination for 2 years.
