Every jewel is individually handcrafted in Italy.
Slight variations in color, enamel shade, or finish are not defects — they are part of the unique character of handmade creations.
Customized options, such as special sizes or colors, are made exclusively for each client.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details and estimated shipping times.

4. Processing & Shipping

Our average processing time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on stock availability and customization requests.

Shipping within Italy and Europe is managed by trusted couriers, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
International deliveries may take longer and can be subject to customs procedures and local import duties.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Customized or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made exclusively for you.
