1. Ruolo<\/strong><\/p>

Sei un indipendente Rappresentante<\/strong> (non un dipendente). Non \u00e8 concessa alcuna esclusivit\u00e0.<\/p>

2. Prezzi che vedi<\/strong><\/p>

Una volta effettuato l'accesso, vedrai PVP (prezzo al pubblico)<\/strong> E PV (prezzo rappresentativo)<\/strong>.
Al momento del pagamento viene addebitato solo il PV<\/strong> per conti rappresentativi. Il PV \u00e8 riservato.<\/p>

3. Modifiche ai prezzi<\/strong><\/p>

PVP e PV potrebbero variare. I coupon pubblici non sono cumulabili con il PV, salvo approvazione scritta.<\/p>

4. Ordini, spedizione, tasse<\/strong><\/p>

Effettua gli ordini tramite il tuo account sul sito web. Spedizione, tasse e dazi doganali saranno calcolati al momento del pagamento.<\/p>

5. Resi e reclami<\/strong><\/p>

Segnalare difetti\/carenze entro 7 giorni<\/strong> della consegna (con foto e numero d'ordine). Segui la Politica di Reso del sito.<\/p>

6. Marchio e marketing<\/strong><\/p>

\u00c8 possibile utilizzare foto\/testi FF per promuovere i prodotti FF senza alterarli.
Non pubblicare PV o pubblicizzare sotto PVP senza autorizzazione scritta.<\/p>

7. Conformit\u00e0 e dati<\/strong><\/p>

Rispettare le leggi applicabili (consumatori, tasse, privacy\/GDPR, anti-corruzione). Mantenere riservate le informazioni non pubbliche (incluso il PV).<\/p>

8. Termine e risoluzione<\/strong><\/p>

I presenti Termini si applicano dall'approvazione dell'account fino alla sua risoluzione da parte di una delle parti. FF pu\u00f2 sospendere\/risolvere l'account in caso di violazione o uso improprio.<\/p>

9. Responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>

FF non \u00e8 responsabile per perdite indirette o consequenziali come consentito dalla legge.<\/p>
