We want you to love your Francesca Fabbrini Jewels piece. This policy explains your right to return an order and how refunds are handled.<\/p>

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h2>

Under the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011\/83\/EU), transposed into Italian law by the Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206\/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.<\/p>

3. Condition of Returned Items<\/h2>

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, complete with any tags, certificates of authenticity, and accessories. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.<\/p>

As each piece is individually handcrafted, the following cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code on customized goods:<\/p>
