1. Role<\/strong><\/p>

You are an independent Representative<\/strong> (not an employee). No exclusivity is granted.<\/p>

2. Prices you see<\/strong><\/p>

When logged in, you will see PVP (public price)<\/strong> and PV (representative price)<\/strong>.
Only PV is charged at checkout<\/strong> for representative accounts. PV is confidential.<\/p>

3. Changes to prices<\/strong><\/p>

PVP and PV may change. Public coupons don\u2019t stack with PV unless approved in writing.<\/p>

4. Orders, shipping, taxes<\/strong><\/p>

Place orders through your account on the website. Shipping, taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.<\/p>

5. Returns & claims<\/strong><\/p>

Report defects\/shortages within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery (with photos and order number). Follow the site\u2019s Returns Policy.<\/p>

6. Brand & marketing<\/strong><\/p>

You may use FF photos\/texts to promote FF products without altering them.
Do not publish PV or advertise below PVP without written approval.<\/p>

7. Compliance & data<\/strong><\/p>

Follow applicable laws (consumer, tax, privacy\/GDPR, anti-bribery). Keep non-public info (including PV) confidential.<\/p>

8. Term & termination<\/strong><\/p>

These Terms apply from account approval until terminated by either party. FF may suspend\/terminate for breach or misuse.<\/p>

9. Liability<\/strong><\/p>

FF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses as permitted by law.<\/p>

10. Law & contact<\/strong><\/p>
